Refund Policy (Store Credit Only)

Because our products are fresh and perishable, all floral sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Any resolution offered is store credit only, at our discretion.

Floral Quality Issues (4-hour window)

If there is a quality issue with your floral arrangement, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the flowers and packaging.

If approved, we will issue store credit only (no cash/credit-card refunds). Store credit is non-transferable and valid for 5 years from the date it is issued.

We cannot offer store credit for:

  • Natural variation in flowers (shade, bloom size, openness)

  • Slight differences from photos due to seasonal availability

  • Customer preference changes after delivery

  • Damage after delivery due to heat, sun, incorrect care, or handling

Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and may vary by market availability. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we may make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the same color palette and overall luxury look.

Cancellations & Changes (48 hours prior)

Orders may be canceled or changed up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date/time.
Requests made within 48 hours may not be accepted because flowers and materials are already reserved/prepared.

Holiday orders (including Valentine’s Day and other peak dates) may be final sale once placed due to limited availability and advance purchasing.

Delivery & Address Issues

Delivery is considered complete when the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout. We may take a delivery photo as proof of delivery.

Please ensure the delivery address, recipient name, and phone number are correct. If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • incorrect/incomplete address,

  • recipient unavailable,

  • gated access/no answer,

the order may be considered fulfilled. Redelivery may be available for an additional fee.

Non-Perishable Items (Returns within 10 days)

If your order includes non-perishable items (e.g., vase, candle, accessories), they may be returned within 10 days of delivery for store credit only, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Custom items and sale items are final sale.

Store Credit Timing

Approved store credit is issued within 10 days after we review your request and confirm eligibility.
